Preliminary Task

180 Degree Rule:
The 180 degree rule, is a basic guideline, for film or tv making, that states that two characters or elements in the same scene should always have the same right/left relationship to each other. If the camera passes over the imaginary line, it becomes a reverse angle, making the scene look odd to the viewer and they would not be happy with it.When the camera is filming over the right shoulder of a person, then it switche's, they would have to have the camera over the other persons leftt shoulder to film.

The Match On Action Shot:
Match on Action is to conect two different shot together to make it look like one shot. E.g. If you have a close up of a door handle and some opens it then take the camera into the room and shoot the door opening, that would be two shots. Then you can connect them together but you have to get the timing right or it would look like the person is opening the door two times and that would make the scene look odd.

Reverse Shot:
Reverse shot is when two characters are having a converstation in a room or outside, and the camera just focuse's on just the person who is talking and then the camera focuse's on the other person while they talk.

This is the video that Me, Max and Angelica made.
I was the camera man and Angelica and Max was acting. Angelica and Max did not think about what they was going to say, they just made up stuff as we went along. We did not write any script as we did not have engough time.
